Over mij
Hi, I am Teodor & I help men discipline themselves in 90 days, without cutting off time for fun.
I am a certified life coach, but I learned to do this my own way, through the trials and tribulations of my own life. I've been through hell and back, dealt with my own demons, and now I use that experience to help others.
This especially shows in my coaching philosophy which focuses on helping you find your own way!

Working with Teo has been genuinely life-changing, he's been so helpful at getting me set up with a clear and sustainable routine. He's been proactive and supportive and has helped me through some difficult weeks where my personal circumstances became really hard due to family illness and work troubles....

Teo is great! he listens well, thinks critically, asks smart questions, questions my assumtions, delivers in- and out-of-the-box solutions. He has a great approach of "lets test this assumption" and "lets do more and analyze less". he also has great techniques he uses, to track progress and keep me focused on my goal. Great to work with this guy!

I loved working with Teo. Before we started, he made sure to understand how best he could support me and what success would look like for me. He asked when during the day I’d be working to make sure he didn’t disrupt my flow, and he developed a very helpful and consistent habit of proactively checking...
