Good communicative skills and working along side what you'd like. Easily implementing suggestions and ideas brought forward to them. Allowing for a smooth workflow between ideas and then the actual product produced. With multiple previews of what the new changes were allowed for the easiest way to get things just where they should be with small tweaks.
