Engaged as a freelance GoHighLevel specialist to build a complete CRM and automation system from scratch for a wireless internet service provider (WISP). Configured a custom sales pipeline (Lead → Contacted → Installation Scheduled → Active Client → Inactive → Closed) with custom fields for service address, plan type, and installation date. Built 5 automated workflows including missed-call-to-SMS response, new lead follow-up, installation appointment reminders, client reactivation, and automated Google review requests. Integrated Facebook and Google Business into a unified inbox, set up a booking calendar for installations, and completed Twilio A2P 10DLC compliance registration for the client's SMS system.
