These can include textures and effects according to the package selected and can be tailored either for renders, animation environment, or Game environment( using Unreal Engine). These environments can be delivered either by Unreal Engine file, Maya binary FIle or through renders.

Will you add vehicles in the proposed Environment?
Depending on the idea, if the vehicle is the prominent object in the scene then all detail will go to it as it is important to balance vertex count in every scene.
Do you do character modeling for the environment?
Characters can be included along with the sketches for them, but for an additional fee. This could include textures and rigs for them.
What type of effects can be added in the environment?
Effects such as dust, water, rain, and moving foliage can be added as well as lighting to suite the environment.
