Veelgestelde vragen
Can you publish to both app stores?
Yes. Select the Full App Launch package for submission to both Google Play and the Apple App Store.
Do I need developer accounts?
Yes. You need a Google Play Console account, an Apple Developer account, or both. Please invite me using the appropriate developer role instead of sharing your password.
Can you guarantee store approval?
No. Google and Apple control approval. I will prepare the submission correctly and help address minor review issues covered by the package.
Can you fix build errors before submission?
Minor configuration and build issues are included. Major source-code changes or new feature development require a custom offer.
What happens if Apple or Google rejects my app?
If the app is rejected due to a submission or metadata error, I will fix it for free! However, if it is rejected because of bugs, UI issues, or violating store policies in your app's content, you will need to fix your code first.
Why do you need my source code?
Because this is an Expo app, I need access to your source code (via GitHub or ZIP) to run Expo EAS builds, configure your app.json, and generate the production files (.aab and .ipa) along with the required signing certificates.
Will my app be live immediately after you deliver the order?
No. I will deliver the Fiverr order as soon as I submit the app and it is marked as "In Review." The actual store review process takes an additional 3-7 days and is entirely controlled by Apple and Google.
Do you provide the app icon and screenshots?
No, you must provide the App Icon, Feature Graphic, and Screenshots. If you don't have them, I can give you the exact size requirements so you can create them easily using tools like Canva.
Can you update my app later?
Yes! If you make changes to your app in the future and need a new version pushed to the stores, you can contact me and I will create a discounted custom offer for an App Update.

Wap is simply outstanding! He took our app, Lev HaZman, from code all the way to live on both the App Store and Google Play. Along the way he handled every hurdle: Apple's review questions, iOS certificates, Google's closed testing with 12 testers, and the production access application. He was patient...

The developer exceeded my expectations with the app launch. The work was professional, communication was clear and proactive, and their fluency in English made everything easy to discuss. They guided me through the publishing process, addressed issues promptly, and delivered a great final result. Highly recommended!
