Yes. These are core recovery scenarios when they materially disrupt one existing WordPress website. I will investigate the confirmed issue, apply the minimum appropriate repair and verify the affected functionality.
Can you fix a non-WordPress PHP website?
Yes. This gig also covers one existing PHP website or common PHP application when the objective is restoring normal operation after a serious error or outage.
Can you work with shared hosting and VPS websites?
Yes. I can work with shared hosting, control panels and Linux VPS environments when the required work is reasonably contained to restoring one affected website.
Do I need to know what caused the problem?
No. Share the URL and visible symptoms. I can investigate whether the relevant cause is in WordPress, PHP, the database, hosting, DNS, SSL, the web server or another related layer.
What access will you need?
Access depends on the issue. Relevant hosting, control-panel, SFTP or SSH access may be needed, plus WordPress administrator access when applicable. I will request only the access required for the confirmed work.
Can you restore a broken WooCommerce website or checkout?
Yes, when the issue is a contained outage or serious failure affecting one existing WooCommerce website. New store features, customization and unrelated development are separate work.
Do you clean malware-infected or hacked WordPress websites?
Malware, hacking and blacklist cleanup are handled through my dedicated WordPress malware service, not this gig.
Can every website be recovered?
Not always. Recovery may be limited by missing or corrupted data, unavailable backups, inaccessible hosting, third-party service failures or restrictions outside the website. If complete recovery is not reasonably possible, I will explain the confirmed limitation and the safest next step.
What is outside this gig's scope?
Malware cleanup, migrations, new installations, redesign, new features, theme or plugin development, routine maintenance, general performance optimization, and server-wide or unrelated infrastructure work are outside this gig.

Contact me first if the scope is unclear, several websites or services are affected, or you suspect malware or a migration is needed. If one existing website is clearly broken and the package matches your deliverables, you may order directly.
