What do you need to start my BIM/VDC project?
Please provide available RVT, IFC, DWG, PDF, NWC or NWD files, project scope, required LOD, disciplines to coordinate, and any BIM standards/BEP or specific requirements.
What Level of Development (LOD) do you provide?
I provide LOD 300 and LOD 400 BIM modeling depending on project requirements, including detailed models suitable for coordination, documentation and construction workflows.
Do you provide BIM/VDC coordination for multiple disciplines?
Yes. I can coordinate Architecture, Structure and MEP models, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical and fire-protection systems, to create a coordinated/federated BIM model.
Do you perform clash detection and clash resolution?
Yes. I use Navisworks Manage for clash detection and can provide clash locations, screenshots, IDs, severity information and coordination recommendations. Clash resolution/model updates can also be included depending on the package.
What software and file formats do you work with?
I primarily work with Autodesk Revit, Navisworks Manage and AutoCAD. Deliverables can include RVT, NWC/NWD, IFC, DWG, PDF, coordinated models and clash reports, depending on your project scope.
