I am a U.S.-educated legal professional with over 20 years of experience providing backend legal support to law firms, solo pro se clients and solo practitioners across the United States. My work focuses heavily on federal bankruptcy matters, including Chapter 7, Chapter 11, and Chapter 13 cases, as well as civil litigation support. I assist Clients with the preparation, review, and organization of court-ready pleadings and bankruptcy filings, including petitions, schedules, statements, Chapter 13 plans, motions, responses, objections, and reaffirmation agreements. I ensure compliance with court formatting standards, local rules, and procedural requirements to minimize rejection risks and filing deficiencies. My responsibilities include: -Drafting and reviewing bankruptcy petitions and schedules -Preparing motions (stay relief, extensions, objections, dismissals, expedited motions) -Organizing client financial documentation -Conducting case analysis and procedural research -Supporting trustees’ responses and deficiency resolutions -Ensuring compliance with U.S. Bankruptcy Court requirements Originally born in Kenya and educated in the United States with dual-state academic credentials in Texas, I work remotely while maintaining strict confidentiality, professionalism, and adherence to U.S. legal standards.
