Will the android app also be updated when I update my site?

Yes, the android app will also be updated automatically when you update your web.

Appicon, splash screen are these also included?

Yes these are also included in the gig but you'll have to provide me your logo.

Can I send notifications through this app?

Push notifications are included in Platinum and Diamond packages only. An extra feature is also included in platinum and diamond package that you will be able to force redirect the users of your website to a specific page of your site in the app, even if they don't want to go to that page.
