Really helpful and quick. We had an issue where new clients couldn't see one of our appointment options in the Practice Better portal, even though the calendar was working. The seller found the portal setting, fixed it, and tested it with a new client. Exactly what I needed.

Dorcas was amazing to work with. Not only did she provide the finished product sooner than expected, but was extremely patient with me as I was attempting to explain my thought process and the finished result that I was attempting to achieve! I would definitely work with her again . it was a 10/10 experience and i highly recommend

I cannot recommend this freelancer enough. she does exceptional work every time. Most recently, I needed a very fast turnaround on one of my automations that I set up incorrectly and couldn’t address it myself. She jumped in right away and fixed everything for me.
