I've worked with a lot of audio folks over the years: engineers, sound designers, recordists, composers, etc. and I gotta say, Tim did a fantastic job. Good communication but the quality was very poor with the absolute basic requirements not met. The result was unfortunately unusable. May have just been a bad day.
