▪ Building from scratch a full operations organization for Avon in Israel. ▪ Full supply chain responsibility, including inventory control and optimization, transportation, warehousing, distribution, 3PL management, customer service, IT, and web, etc. ▪ Daily contact with internal partners, such as R&D, marketing, sales, production, legal, etc. ▪ Architecting a full suite of IT systems, such as: WMS, CRM, inventory management, web, including e-commerce, order fulfillment management, etc. ▪ Full P&L responsibility, as well as shared responsibility for other budgets. ▪ Initiating and leading complex multi-million Euro projects in CENA (Central Europe North Africa). ▪ Matrix reporting to the Israel country manager, Spain country manager, and EMEA operations director.
