As a freelance CRM and automation specialist on Upwork, I have worked with startups, eCommerce businesses, agencies, coaches, and service-based businesses to build and optimize systems that streamline operations, manage leads, improve follow-ups, and reduce repetitive manual work. My core expertise is Airtable, GoHighLevel (GHL), and workflow automation. I build custom Airtable databases, CRM systems, dashboards, client management systems, project and operations trackers, lead management systems, and automated workflows tailored to each business's processes. With GoHighLevel, I build and customize CRM pipelines, lead management systems, funnels, landing pages, forms, surveys, calendars, appointment workflows, email and SMS campaigns, follow-up sequences, client onboarding workflows, and automated lead nurturing systems. I also use Make, Zapier, and n8n to connect Airtable, GoHighLevel, and other business applications. This includes API and webhook integrations, data synchronization, automated notifications, record creation and updates, lead routing, follow-ups, reporting, and other workflows that eliminate repetitive tasks and keep business systems connected. My experience also includes integrating and working with platforms such as Clay, Shopify, HubSpot, Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Softr, and other business tools when they are required as part of a larger CRM or automation system.
