Need a second pair of eyes on your architectural drawings? I review the files you supply and return an annotated PDF and a list of issues to discuss with your project team. This service does not include redrawing or a new design.
Basic - USD100: up to 2 key sheets, 3 days and one clarification round. Full multidisciplinary coordination is excluded.
Standard - USD800: 11-15 key sheets, an expanded issue list, annotated PDF, version check and Q&A. 10 days, one revision.
Premium - USD1200: 20-35 key sheets, two review cycles, a coordination matrix, closure note and handover summary. 10 days.
Please send the latest drawings, index, revision history, project stage, deadline and any questions you want checked. For 3-10 or 16-19 sheets, or larger, urgent or complex projects, contact me before ordering to agree the scope.
The review does not include site measurement, structural or MEP calculations, permit approval, code certification or professional stamps, and does not replace a locally licensed professional.

Does this service include permit approval or professional certification?
No. I provide independent drawing review and coordination only. This does not include permit approval, legal or code certification, seals, structural or MEP calculations, or licensed professional services.
Will you redraw my plans or design a new layout?
This Gig is for reviewing drawings you already have. You receive comments and an issue list, not replacement drawings. CAD drafting from an approved design and developing a new concept are separate services. Please contact me if you are unsure which scope you need.
