Is this a ready-made exchange or built from scratch?
We use our existing exchange platform as the foundation and configure, brand and customize it for your business. This allows faster delivery while still supporting custom features and integrations.
Can I use my own brand and domain?
Yes. We can configure your platform with your company name, logo, colors, domain and branding. Standard and Premium include deeper customization options.
How many cryptocurrencies or markets can I add?
Basic includes up to 10 markets, Standard up to 50, and Premium up to 300. Additional markets can be added as an extra. Availability depends on your selected data, liquidity or trading provider.
Does the platform include an admin dashboard?
Yes. All packages include administration tools. Standard adds account-manager functionality, while Premium can include a complete management hierarchy with additional roles and permissions.
Can you integrate KYC?
Yes. We can integrate compatible third-party KYC providers. Provider accounts, verification fees and ongoing service costs are paid directly by the client.
Can the platform support stocks as well as crypto?
Stock and multi-asset integrations are possible when you have a compatible brokerage or market-data provider. Real securities execution requires an appropriate third-party brokerage integration and is quoted separately.
Do you provide liquidity or brokerage services?
No. Toshi Labs provides the software platform and technical integrations. Liquidity, brokerage, licensing, custody, payment processing and regulated financial services must be arranged by the platform operator.
Is source code included?
Premium includes source code for the delivered project. Basic and Standard are white-label deployments of our platform. Source code can also be requested separately where available.
Can you add custom features?
Yes. Standard and Premium support additional integrations and custom workflows. Features outside the selected package can be added through Gig Extras or a custom offer.
Do you host and operate the exchange after delivery?
We can deploy the platform to your infrastructure and provide technical support, but the client remains responsible for operating the business, accounts, compliance and third-party services.
