I build custom web tools for businesses that need a clearer way to manage orders, stock and day-to-day jobs. I have hands-on experience in manufacturing operations, from customer orders and drawing packs through material planning, stock checks, purchasing, plasma cutting, fabrication, packing and dispatch. I built a bespoke ERP system to deal with those real processes. It brings together orders, stock, assemblies, drawing packs, production workflow, documents and visibility of what is happening on the shop floor. That means I start with the actual process, not a generic template. I look at where information is being lost, duplicated or held in spreadsheets, then build a practical tool around the people who will use it. I take on clearly defined projects including internal tools, dashboards, order and stock systems, and workflow apps.
