I have a Degree in Hotel Management whereby I have worked at hotels in Dubai like Madinat Jumeirah as a waitress and hostess, and the Jumeirah Global Contact Centre as a customer sales advisor in reservations. I have experience in Typing, Microsoft word, hotel bookings and customer care through receiving multiple phone calls and replying to multiple emails as well.
