Performed incoming, in-process, and final inspection of electrical insulating tubes used in substations, metro systems, and industrial applications, ensuring adherence to ISO 9001 and QMS standards. Conducted validation and performance testing (insulation resistance, tensile strength, dimensional accuracy) using standard QA instruments, supporting MSA-level measurement consistency. Assisted in preparing PPAP documentation and First Article Inspection (FAI) reports for new component approvals. Raised detailed Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) for any deviations, collaborating closely with production and engineering teams to implement Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) that addressed root causes and prevented recurrence. Conducted revalidation testing following material or process changes, analyzing results to confirm process repeatability, product reliability, and long-term quality consistency. Maintained 5S discipline at inspection workstations, ensuring a clean, organized, and efficient work environment, and actively supported Lean-based continuous improvement initiatives to optimize workflow, reduce waste, and enhance overall product quality.
