CNC Furniture Technician – Interior Furniture Workshop 2020 – Present I am a CNC furniture technician with practical experience in furniture manufacturing and CNC woodworking. My main responsibility is creating accurate CNC cutting files for various types of furniture including kitchen cabinets, wardrobes, TV cabinets, storage cabinets, and custom plywood furniture. I work with furniture drawings, sketches, and 3D models to prepare clean and precise CNC-ready files. These files are used directly for CNC cutting machines in furniture production. I always focus on accuracy, correct dimensions, and proper joinery so the furniture can be assembled smoothly during production. In addition to creating CNC cutting files, I also optimize sheet layouts to reduce material waste and improve production efficiency. This helps workshops save time, reduce costs, and increase productivity. My understanding of real furniture manufacturing processes allows me to create practical and production-friendly CNC files. I also collaborate with designers, carpenters, and production teams to make sure every furniture component fits perfectly and meets production requirements. Because of my technical background, I understand both the design side and the manufacturing side of furniture production. I have experience preparing DXF files, CNC cutting layouts, and other files required for CNC machines. My goal is always to provide clear, organized, and reliable CNC files that help furniture workshops and designers complete their projects faster and more efficiently.
