Hi! I'm Uche Assumpta, a friendly customer support professional with hands-on experience handling patient and customer enquiries at a busy eye clinic.
I'll reply to your customers' messages promptly, clearly, and politely so nobody is left waiting.
What I do:
Answer customer enquiries on WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, Instagram, and email
Follow up with customers and keep conversations organised
Send a short summary of the enquiries I handled ( For Standard and Premium only)
What's included:
Basic: up to 30 messages in total
Standard: up to 100 messages in total, plus a short summary
Premium: up to 150 messages in total over 7 days, plus a summary
A "message" means one customer question I reply to.
What I don't do: phone calls, technical support, or sales calls. This gig is for chat and email only.
To get started, send me a message with your business type, the platforms you use, and your usual customer questions, and I'll get started.
Available from 7pm to 10pm. I work on weekdays (Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday) and weekends
