Do I need a Meta Business account?
Yes. You must provide your own Meta Business account, WhatsApp Business Account and phone number. I can guide you through the technical setup, but I cannot guarantee Meta verification or approval.
Is this built using the official WhatsApp API?
Yes. I use Meta’s official WhatsApp Cloud API, webhooks and approved messaging features. I do not use unofficial WhatsApp Web automation.
Can you guarantee message-template approval?
No. I can prepare and submit properly structured templates, but approval decisions are controlled entirely by Meta.
Are Meta and hosting charges included?
No. Meta messaging charges, hosting, domains and third-party subscription fees are paid separately by the client.
Can you send bulk promotional messages?
I do not provide unsolicited bulk messaging, scraped-number campaigns or spam automation. Approved templates may only be used with properly obtained customer consent and according to Meta’s policies.
Can you add AI responses?
This Gig covers rule-based bots. AI or knowledge-base integration requires a separate custom quotation.
Will I receive the source code?
Yes. You will receive the source code included in your selected package, along with basic setup documentation.
Can I use my existing WhatsApp number?
That depends on your current WhatsApp and Meta configuration. Contact me before ordering so I can review whether migration or a different number is required.
What counts as a revision?
A revision covers reasonable changes to the agreed conversation flow. New features, integrations or additional workflows are priced separately.
