Built a NestJS and TypeScript platform with Stripe Connect tiered billing and GDPR-driven data handling (hard delete, anonymisation, export), with 357 automated tests and 18 database migrations. Built a PostgreSQL-driven reporting engine with 13 report types, and a Python FastAPI service for PII redaction and outlier scoring. Traced rising hosting costs to queue settings, an uptime check and overlapping jobs, and fixed each at its source.
