Do you only work on systems I own or have permission to test?
Yes, always. I only perform security testing on systems you own or have written authorization to test. Before starting any order I will ask for confirmation. This is a strict policy I follow.
What information do you need from me to get started?
For security work I need the target IP or URL and proof of ownership or authorization. For IT support I need a description of the issue, your OS, and remote access if needed. I will guide you step by step after you order.
What does the security report look like?
You get a PDF report with a list of findings, risk level for each one (critical, high, medium, low), and clear steps to fix them. I write it so both technical and non-technical people can understand it.
Can you fix the vulnerabilities you find, not just report them?
The standard packages cover finding and reporting issues with fix recommendations. If you also need me to implement the fixes, message me first and we can discuss a custom order depending on your setup.
Is my data kept confidential?
Absolutely. Everything you share with me — system details, logs, credentials — is treated as strictly confidential. I do not store or share your data after the order is complete. Your privacy is taken seriously.
