How is this different from just uploading files to ChatGPT?
A RAG system looks through your documents correctly every time you ask a question gives credit to where it found the information deals, with a lot content than a chat window can handle and stays within your own product instead of someone elses.
Will it make things up?
It is designed specifically not to. Answers are based on your documents. Include the source they came from. When the information is not present the bot says it does not know of making up an answer.
What file types can it read?
PDF, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, text, Markdown and web pages. If you have something send me a sample first.
Can I add new documents later myself?
The Business and Enterprise packages have a feature. This feature is a panel. You can use the panel to upload documents. Then the Business and Enterprise packages bot will re-index these documents for you. You do not need to hire a developer to do this task for the Business and Enterprise packages.
Is my data private?
Your documents stay in your own database and are never used to train any public model. For sensitive content, I can also deploy a fully self-hosted setup; just ask before ordering.
