### Lead UI/UX Engineer | Informatics International I work as a Lead UI/UX Engineer at Informatics International, where I am responsible for the overall user experience and design direction of our main products and digital projects. My role is not limited to UI design. I work across different areas of product development, including **UX research, usability, product functionality, interaction design, visual design, branding, design systems, and product experience**. I work closely with Product Managers, Business Analysts, Developers, QA teams, and other stakeholders to understand business problems and turn them into practical, user-friendly solutions. A big part of my work is understanding the actual problem before jumping into the design. I analyze business requirements, user needs, existing workflows, and technical limitations to identify where the experience can be improved. I then translate those requirements into user journeys, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity UI designs, and clear acceptance criteria that can be understood by both business and development teams. ### Product Design & UX I have worked on several enterprise-level products where the business processes are complex and involve many different types of users. My focus is to simplify those processes and make the products easier to understand and use. I work throughout the product design lifecycle, from the early stages of understanding a requirement to the final implementation. This includes discussing requirements with BAs and Product teams, identifying usability problems, creating design concepts, validating solutions, working with developers, and reviewing the implemented product to make sure the final result matches the intended experience. I also focus on maintaining consistency across products and platforms. Rather than treating every screen as a separate design, I look at the overall product experience and how different features and workflows connect with each other.

### Lead UI/UX / Product Designer – CodeGen International I spent over 6.5 years at CodeGen International, working with a talented team of engineers, designers, and travel industry experts to design and improve large-scale travel technology products. A major part of my work was **TravelBox™**, a complete travel booking and lifecycle management platform covering hotels, flights, cruises, holidays, and other travel services. I was involved throughout the product design process, from gathering client and business requirements to research, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, user testing, visual design, and working closely with engineering teams during implementation. We followed a user research and testing-driven approach, validating workflows and wireframes with users before moving into detailed product design. This helped us identify usability issues early and create more practical and intuitive experiences. I provided creative direction for the overall user experience, visual design, and client-facing products, while also helping establish design processes and practices for the Product Design Team.
