Ordered 7 offers for different projects - every report had identical errors, and every project got links from the exact same donor sites, just with the anchor swapped. Fast turnaround, which alone tells you this isn't manual work. Errors get fixed when flagged, but link quality is mediocre, just 'for the sake of having something.' Decide for yourself.
