I will build a retell ai recruitment screening caller
Vance R
Over deze dienst
Stop spending recruiter time on repetitive first-round screening calls.
I will build a Retell AI recruitment screening caller that contacts applicants, asks your approved screening questions, captures responses and moves suitable candidates toward an interview.
Your AI recruitment agent can be configured to:
- call applicants for initial screening
- ask role-specific qualification questions
- collect availability and experience details
- answer approved candidate FAQs
- capture salary or shift preferences where appropriate
- schedule interviews
- transfer selected candidates to a recruiter
- create structured post-call summaries
- connect to supported ATS, CRM or workflow tools
This service is ideal for recruitment agencies, staffing firms and high-volume hiring teams.
The AI assists with screening and scheduling. Final hiring decisions remain with your human team.
Message me before ordering if you need ATS, CRM, n8n, Make, calendar or custom API integrations.

Veelgestelde vragen
What can the AI recruitment caller do?
It can call applicants, ask approved screening questions, capture their responses, answer basic candidate questions, schedule interviews and provide structured summaries to recruiters.
Can it automatically reject candidates?
I recommend using the agent to collect and organize screening information rather than making final employment decisions. Your recruitment team should remain responsible for hiring decisions.
Can it schedule interviews?
Yes. The agent can be configured to book interviews through a supported calendar or scheduling workflow.
Can it ask different questions for different candidates?
Yes. The conversation can branch based on responses, job role, availability or other approved screening criteria.
Can it answer candidate questions?
Yes. You can provide approved information about the job, shifts, location, hiring process, salary range and other FAQs for the agent to use.
Can it connect with an ATS?
Potentially, yes. Retell currently describes integrations with recruiting systems such as Bullhorn, JobAdder, Greenhouse and Salesforce, but the exact setup depends on the client's system and API access.
Can the agent transfer a candidate to a recruiter?
Yes. Warm-transfer logic can be configured when certain conditions are met or when a candidate needs human assistance.
Can this be used for high-volume recruitment?
Yes. High-volume and frontline hiring are among the strongest use cases for conversational screening because the agent can handle repetitive first conversations and scheduling at scale.
