Does this project include technical AI implementation?
No. This service covers workflow analysis, use-case selection, prompt development and team enablement. It does not include APIs, software installation, system integration, custom applications or technical automation.
Is this service only for property management companies?
No. The property-management project is a real example of my approach. The service can be adapted to other industries, departments and teams with recurring communication, document or administrative tasks.
Do we need to document our workflows before ordering?
No. Brief explanations of your recurring tasks are sufficient. I analyze the information, identify suitable AI opportunities and structure the use cases. Existing anonymized examples are helpful but do not need to be professionally prepared.
Which AI tools can you work with?
The prompts and guidance can be tailored to tools such as ChatGPT or Microsoft Copilot. Please tell me which tools your team can access. Purchasing licenses, configuring accounts and installing software are not included.
