What are the running costs?
You pay the voice platform and phone provider directly, usually per minute of talk time. I'll estimate your monthly cost from your call volume before we start.
Can it use my own voice?
Yes. Send a 1 to 2 minute clean recording and I'll create the clone. I only clone voices with written consent from the voice owner, so no celebrity or third-party voices.
Which languages does it speak?
Most major languages, including English and Hindi. Tell me which languages your callers use and I'll set it up and test it in each one.
Can it transfer calls to a real person?
Yes. The agent can forward the call to you or a team member when the caller asks, or when it can't help.
Can I keep my existing business number?
Usually yes, by forwarding calls to the agent's number. I'll check what works with your phone provider.
Will callers know they're talking to AI?
It sounds natural, but I recommend it introduces itself as an AI assistant. It builds trust, and some places legally require it.
