What do I need to send you to get started?
A brief with your brand name, industry, target audience, and 3 to 5 words describing how you want to sound. Existing materials are helpful but not required. I'll send a simple intake form once you order.
Do you work with early-stage startups that don't have a brand yet?
Yes. I can work from a positioning brief or even just a conversation. The guide will define the voice from scratch.
Can my whole team use the guide?
Absolutely. You get full commercial rights. Share it with designers, copywriters, social media managers, or anyone who creates content for your brand.
Is the Premium guide actually bilingual?
Yes it is. I can adapt spanish from english or viceversa, not just translate it. Ideal for LATAM brands operating in both markets.
Do you offer revisions?
Yes. 1 revision on Basic, 2 on Standard, 3 on Premium. Additional rounds available as a paid extra.
How long does delivery take?
Basic is 5 days, Standard 7, and Premium 10. Need it faster? Extra fast delivery is available on all packages.
