I will automate your weekly sales reports from CSV files
Over deze dienst
Still rebuilding the same sales spreadsheet each week? I will turn your CSV exports into a reusable local reporting tool.
Send sample CSV files, your current report (or an example of the result you want), and your written calculation rules. I will build a Python workflow that cleans the agreed fields, creates an Excel sales summary, and puts rows that need review into a separate exception file.
You receive the script, a cleaned CSV, an Excel report, an exception CSV, a sample run, and simple instructions for running it on future exports with the same layout. I will check record counts and reconcile totals against the agreed rules.
This gig covers files you provide and a report you run locally. Automatic file downloads, live integrations, hosting, scheduled runs, and emailed reports require a custom quote. Future changes to source columns or business rules may require an update.
Please message me with anonymized samples before ordering so I can confirm the right package.

Veelgestelde vragen
Will you make my report every week?
The package delivers a reusable tool and one tested sample run. You run it on future files with the agreed layout. Ongoing report preparation is available by separate quote.
Will it run automatically on a schedule?
Scheduled execution is not included in these packages. The script runs when you start it locally.
What happens to invalid rows?
Rows failing the agreed checks are listed in an exception CSV with a reason. They are not silently discarded.
Can you connect to Shopify, an API, Google Sheets, or a database?
Those connections are outside the listed packages. Send your requirements for a custom quote.
Will it work if my export changes?
It supports the agreed layouts and rules. Renamed columns, new formats, and new calculations may require an update.
Do I get the source code?
Yes. Every package includes the Python script and instructions.
