Turn a repeated spreadsheet task into a reusable local workflow. I will build a Python-based script to clean and validate CSV or Excel data, apply agreed rules, and generate consistent output files. The Premium package also includes one Word report template.
Examples: remove exact duplicates, standardize columns and dates, flag missing values, combine matching files, or summarize work orders. Conflicting records are flagged instead of silently discarded.
You receive the source code, sample input and output, dependency list, and clear run instructions. We agree on your Windows version, file layout, rules and expected result before work starts.
Basic: one CSV layout, up to 5 rules and 10,000 rows. Standard: one CSV or Excel layout, up to 8 rules and 20,000 rows with a summary. Premium: Standard plus a Word report up to 3 pages.
Please send an anonymized sample and describe the repetitive task before ordering. Cloud integrations, macros, web scraping and ongoing hosting are outside these packages. I use AI-assisted coding and review and test the delivered workflow against agreed examples.

What do you need before starting?
An anonymized sample file, the rules to apply, an example of the expected output and your Windows version. Please describe how often you repeat the task. Do not send passwords or sensitive customer data.
Will it run automatically on my computer?
The packages include a reusable local script that you run when needed, plus installation and run instructions. Python and the listed dependencies are required. Unattended scheduling, cloud services and live account integrations need a separate agreed scope.
What does a revision cover?
A revision adjusts the agreed rules or output layout within the original scope. New input formats, extra integrations, additional templates or a different workflow are separate work. I test with agreed examples and include a sample result with the source code.
