I certainly feel like I got what I wanted. I would work with him again. I'd give a five star rating but fiverr apparently reserves 5 stars for "exceptional" and 4 stars for "very good". He is indeed a very good consultant. More than that is not humanly possible unless you wrote RabbitMQ yourself.
