Over mij
I'm Theophilus. A client's leads used to sit in their inbox for days before anyone followed up, deals were slipping through. I rebuilt their whole flow with Make.com and now leads get contacted in minutes. That's what I do.
If you're still copying data between apps, manually following up with leads, updating your CRM, or doing the same repetitive tasks every day, there's probably a better way to run it
I work with tools including Make.com, n8n, Zapier, GHL, Airtable, Vapi, Retell AI, APIs, and webhooks,
If there's a process in your business you're tired of doing manually, message me.

Theophilus did an excellent job building our Vapi AI voice receptionist. He connected Vapi with n8n and GoHighLevel and also handled our appointment booking through Google Calendar. The agent sounds natural, collects the information we need, answers our basic questions, qualifies leads and knows when...

Great work done by Theo. The Vapi and n8n setup is working as expected and the seller was easy to communicate with. Made a few changes I requested without any issues. Would definitely work with him again and again.

Great work. The voice agent works really well and the automation saves us a lot of time. Theophilus built the Vapi agent, the n8n workflow and the HubSpot integration, and everything worked together correctly. Highly recommended him.

Theo explained n8n and Make.com clearly and made complex concepts like APIs, webhooks, JSON, and automation logic easy to understand. The guideline document he provided was also very helpful and gives me something to refer back to. Great teacher and highly recommended!

Excellent experience from start to finish. The seller understood exactly what I needed with the Vapi AI voice agent and n8n automation. The CRM integration, appointment booking, lead qualification, follow-up workflows, and error handling all worked as expected.
