My patent invalidation strategy combines comprehensive prior-art research, claim construction, novelty analysis, inventive-step/obviousness assessment, SEP and standards analysis, and evidence mapping to identify prior art and technical disclosures that may challenge the validity of patent claims.

I use multiple search approaches, including keyword, CPC/IPC classification, citation, assignee, inventor, patent family, and non-patent literature searches, using leading databases such as Questel Orbit, Derwent Innovation, Espacenet, Google Patents, and USPTO databases.

For SEP-related matters, I conduct standards-specific searches and claim-to-standard mapping, including analysis of relevant 3GPP, IEEE, ETSI and other technical standards where applicable.

Relevant references are manually reviewed against independent and dependent claims, supported by detailed claim charts, feature mapping, priority/publication dates, patent-family analysis, legal-status review, and evidence identification.
