What do you need from me to get started?
Your architectural floor plan (PDF or DWG) and your project location. The location lets me follow your local code requirements. If you only have a sketch, message me first and I will tell you what is needed.
What does your MEP design include?
Electrical plans (lighting, power, circuits, panel schedule), plumbing plans (water supply, drainage, vent and riser layouts), and HVAC plans (duct routing, ventilation, equipment placement), all drawn in 2D.
Are your drawings accepted for building permits?
My Standard and Premium packages are prepared for permit submission. Requirements differ by city and country, so send me your local permit checklist before ordering and I will draw to match it. Please note that I do not provide engineer stamps or seals.
Can you work with my architect’s drawings and handle city comments?
Yes. I can work from your architect’s PDF or DWG, and revisions based on city comments are included within the original scope. Send the comments with your request so I can update the drawings quickly.
How long does delivery take, and what files do I receive?
Delivery starts from 3 days for the Basic package, and larger packages take 7 to 12 days depending on size and complexity. You receive your drawings in both PDF and DWG formats.
