Working as a Data Analyst at Softogrid Solution Pvt. Ltd., where I was responsible for analyzing, cleaning, and transforming large datasets to deliver actionable business insights. I used Excel, Power BI, SQL, and Python to support data-driven decision-making across multiple projects. My role involved developing interactive Power BI dashboards with KPIs, trends, and drill-down analysis using DAX and Power Query. I designed data models, optimized reports for performance, and published dashboards to Power BI Service for stakeholders. I regularly used SQL (MySQL / SQL Server) to write complex queries involving joins, subqueries, and aggregations to extract and prepare data from relational databases. In addition, I leveraged Python (Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib) for data cleaning, analysis, automation, and generating statistical insights.
