Do you provide the VPS server?
No, I do not provide a VPS. If you need help choosing a provider that fits your budget and location, feel free to message me before ordering and I will give you my honest recommendation.
Which cloud providers do you support?
I work with DigitalOcean, Hetzner, AWS, Vultr, Linode/Akamai, Google Cloud, and most other Linux-based VPS providers. If your provider is not listed, just message me first and we will figure it out together.
How long does the setup take?
Basic setup is delivered within 1 day, Standard within 2 days, and Premium within 3 days. In most cases I deliver faster than the stated deadline. If you have an urgent need, message me and I will do my best to prioritize your order.
Is it safe to share my server credentials?
Please take a full snapshot or backup of your server before sharing any credentials. This is standard practice for any server work. I treat all access details with strict confidentiality and never store or reuse them after the project is complete.
Can you migrate my existing website to a new server?
Yes. Website migration is included to package and available as a Gig Extra. It includes transferring all files and databases, reconfiguring the web server, and guidance on updating DNS records. I also verify the site works correctly after the move.
Can you develop or modify my application code?
My expertise is mainly in server infrastructure and DevOps. I can handle things like fixing configs (credentials, broken paths), installing missing packages, containerizing, and deploying your app or setting it up from GitHub - but I don’t work on frontend or backend code itself.
