What is the difference between the packages and which one is suitable for me?
The Silver package includes basic functionality with up to 6 pages. The Gold package also includes a live chat function, email marketing integration and up to 15 pages. The Ecommerce package includes a fully functional online store and payment facility.
What is the first stage in the project?
In the first instance we'll help you create a design brief to explore any thoughts that you might for your project. At this stage you can also supply examples of any particular designs you might like. We'll never duplicate anything you show us, but it's always useful to have a visual reference.
Will my website work on mobiles and tablets?
Absolutely! Our websites utilise responsive technology which means they automatically adjust themselves to perfectly fit the screen of the device they’re being viewed on. Whether it’s a mobile, a tablet, a laptop or a desktop your site will look great – it’s almost like magic!
Will I own the rights to my site?
Of course! Everything that we create will be 100% owned by you and all access will be handed over accordingly once the project is completed.
Are there any contracts or ongoing costs?
Most definitely not, once we've created your website you're not tied to us in any way shape or form and there won't be any nasty recurring bills or unexpected charges to pay.
Can I edit my site and if so how?
All of our sites come with a fully featured Content Management System [CMS] and this means you can login from any device with an internet connection to quickly and easily make simple changes to text and images or add blog posts. No technical knowledge is required!
What about social media?
We can integrate all of your social media accounts into your website for you. From Facebook to Instragram we can integrate all of your accounts so all of your visitors can easily keep in touch with you across platforms. All at no extra cost.
Will my site be expandable in the future?
Many businesses want to start with a smaller website, but it’s important that your website is able to grow and expand as your business does. One of the advantages of working with WordPress is that any website that we design has the capacity to be upgraded without the need to start from scratch.
