What do I need to get started?
You just need to provide your VPS or dedicated server login details (IP, username, password/SSH key). If you need hosting, I can provide it with the Standard and Premium packages.
Which Linux distributions do you support?
I support all major distributions like Ubuntu, CentOS, Debian, and AlmaLinux. Just let me know your preference.
Do you work with existing servers?
Absolutely! I can configure, secure, and fix issues on servers you already own. Please select the Basic or Standard package.
What's included in "security hardening"?
This includes configuring a firewall, securing SSH access, disabling unused ports, and setting up basic intrusion detection to protect your server from common threats.
Do you offer ongoing support after setup?
Yes! The Standard package includes 1 month of support, and the Premium includes 3 months for any issues related to the initial setup.
Will I get root/admin access to my server?
Yes, of course. After the setup is complete, I will transfer full control and access of the server to you.
What if I need a specific software installed?
No problem. Just let me know the required software (e.g., cPanel, Docker, specific PHP versions) during the order process. Please have the required keys or i can buy and bill them.
How long does the setup typically take?
The initial setup is usually completed within 24-48 hours after I receive all the necessary information and access. I can also speed through orders if needed.
