Supported budget planning, re-alignment, and re-phasing in collaboration with the Project Manager, ensuring alignment with donor priorities, programme outcomes, and value for money. Ensured accurate and complete grant documentation, central filing, and version control within grants management systems; supported audits, spot checks, and compliance reviews. Worked closely with programme, M&E, finance, and grants teams to link financial performance with programme results and support evidencebased decision-making. Integrated gender and social inclusive responsive budgeting, inclusion principles, and safeguarding standards into grants and financial management processes in line with organizational policies.
