How does this all work?
Step 1: Just contact me. We'll message or phone call and talk about your wishes. Step 2: Send me your product. I'll do some market research while the product is on its way to my studio. Step 3: I'll shoot your product.
I need more/less images that the basic gig offers. Can I still place an order?
Yes, definitely. I can create a customer offer for you to fit your needs exactly. Please message me and I'd love to learn more about your project.
Where are you based?
I am based in Leicestershire , UK
I am not based in the UK. Is this a problem?
I am happy to work with clients from all over the world, and distance is not an issue. You can ship your products to me, and I will ensure they are handled with care and professionalism.
Can you return my products?
You can put the return shipping label inside of the package together with your product when you send it to my studio. After I'm finished with shooting (and you are happy with the results), i will ship it back to you.
What revisions are included?
One round of revisions is included with the gig. This can be colour correction, changes to text and annotations on infographics, minor photo edits and the layout of infographics.
What revisions AREN'T included?
If you have a shot list please provide this first. The shot list of images will be delivered. If you do not provide a shot list I will deliver a full selection that represents your product - any new shots requested after delivery are not included and will be charged for separately.
