I wasn’t able to download the video because it’s currently set to “Share and View” only. I’ve asked him numerous times to update the permissions so I can download and gain full access to my order, but unfortunately, the issue has still not been resolved. This was my first time ever paying someone to edit for me and I will come back again. The work was quick and effective, any changes were made very quickly as well.

Working with this editor I was very excited to work with them. They communicate very well and did a pretty decent job. I just would have expected a bit more for what it cost, but they still did a good job, and I'm grateful for the work they did.
