BASIC: Up to 3 screens, 1 user type, basic database, forms and tables. No login; not suitable for a private client portal.
STANDARD: Up to 6 screens, login, 2 roles, database, dashboard, filters, 1 API integration and deployment assistance.
PREMIUM: Up to 10 screens, custom UI, login, 3 roles, 2 APIs, user management, agreed advanced workflows, file/data handling and deployment.
All packages include responsive design, source code and testing against agreed tasks. We define screens, permissions and acceptance criteria before work starts.
Payments, subscriptions, AI and extra workflows can be added by agreement. Hosting and third-party fees are separate unless included in your offer.

What types of web applications can you build?
SaaS MVPs, client portals, admin dashboards, internal tools, custom CRMs, booking platforms and membership portals. Message me first to agree on the screens, workflows and acceptance criteria. Larger or unusually complex projects require a custom offer.
Do you build both frontend and backend?
Yes, within the agreed package scope. All packages include responsive UI and a database. Basic covers simple forms, tables and data display. Standard adds filters, login and an integration; Premium supports agreed advanced workflows, user management and file/data handling.
Are login and different user permissions included?
Login is included from Standard upwards. Standard supports up to 2 roles and Premium up to 3. Basic supports one user type without authentication. An additional role is +$60 for an app with authentication; adding login to Basic needs a custom quote.
Can you build an admin dashboard and handle files?
Basic can include a simple admin view within its 3-screen limit. Standard includes admin functionality; Premium includes an admin dashboard and agreed file/data handling. Extra document management (+$75) or advanced admin work (+$125) applies only beyond included scope.
Can you connect APIs or automate workflows?
Standard includes 1 API/integration and Premium up to 2. Extra API integration is +$75; an n8n workflow is +$95. Email notifications are +$50 and advanced charts/analytics +$75. Complexity, provider access and any third-party fees are agreed before ordering.
Can you add Stripe payments or subscription billing?
Yes. Payment integration is +$125 and subscription billing is +$150. Please message me to agree on checkout, plans, renewals and the exact scope; overlapping setup is not charged twice. You provide the payment-provider account and pay its processing fees.
Can you add AI features?
Yes. AI/LLM integration is +$125 using OpenAI, Claude, Gemini or compatible services. Describe the AI task and preferred provider before ordering. Provider usage fees are separate. Complex AI systems or multi-step workflows may require a custom offer.
Do I receive the source code and revisions?
Yes. All packages include source code and testing. Basic includes 2 revisions, Standard 3 and Premium 5. Revisions refine the agreed scope; new features or major changes require an extra or custom offer. Additional screens are +$50 each.
Can you deploy and maintain the application?
Standard includes deployment assistance; Premium includes deployment. Hosting and third-party charges are separate unless agreed. Managed hosting/maintenance is +$95 for one month, with limits agreed first. A 30-day priority-support extension is +$150; neither renews automatically.
Do you offer rush delivery or larger custom projects?
Rush delivery is +$125: Basic in 3 days, Standard in 7 days or Premium in 10 days, subject to scope. Normal delivery is 5/10/14 days. Screen, API and role extras each add 1 day. For larger projects or extras unavailable at checkout, message me for a custom offer.
