Can you pull data from the system I already use?
Almost always yes — existing databases, Shopify/WooCommerce, Google Sheets, accounting and ERP tools with APIs. Tell me what you use and I'll confirm before you order. I've integrated everything from Stripe to warehouse ERPs.
Is this a template or built from scratch?
Custom-built for your data and workflows, and you own all the code. To keep budgets sensible I use proven, professional UI foundations rather than reinventing buttons — your money goes into your features, not boilerplate.
Can different staff see different things?
Yes — roles and permissions are in Standard and Premium. Owner sees finances, manager sees operations, staff see their own tasks. Customers (Premium) see only their own account.
What happens when I need changes in six months?
The handover includes clean code and docs, so any developer can continue it — no lock-in. Most clients keep me on: message me anytime, and for regular needs I offer monthly support via custom offers.
Where will it run? Do I need hosting?
Anywhere — your existing server, a $6–12/month VPS, or free-tier cloud hosting for small teams. Add the deployment extra and it goes live with your domain and SSL, done properly (deployment is my other specialty).
Which package fits me?
ust want visibility into your numbers → Basic. Want to manage the business day-to-day in it → Standard. Want your customers logging in too → Premium. Not sure — message me, I'll scope it honestly.
