Hi, I'm Bruce CRM Specialist & Automation Builder I studied Software Engineering, and somewhere between learning how systems talk to each other and watching businesses lose leads simply because nobody followed up, I realized where I wanted to focus. That gap between a business getting a lead and actually closing it that became my focus. I've been working in CRM setup, automation, and business systems for close to five years now. I started with smaller projects, learning how different platforms handle contacts, pipelines, and follow up logic. Over time that grew into full system builds connecting tools, designing workflows, and making sure everything actually holds together when real leads start coming in. My work covers a wide range of platforms and use cases. I've set up and configured CRMs for real estate, fitness, staffing, healthcare, and service businesses. I've worked inside GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, Pipedrive, Monday.com, and several industry specific platforms building pipelines, automating follow ups, and connecting everything through tools like Zapier and Make so nothing runs in silos. That's the kind of work I do not just setting up software, but making sure the entire system functions the way a real business needs it to.
