I'm Zach, a founder who builds software for business operations. This service is for a defined, repeatable process: capturing an inquiry, updating a record or preparing an internal handoff.
Each package includes field mapping, the agreed automation, safe test data, a test summary and handoff notes. We confirm your tools and their integration support before work begins.
A step is one trigger, transformation, condition or action; a workflow is one trigger-driven process. Human approval remains in place for external messages and consequential actions.
Excluded: new connectors, custom authentication, subscriptions, paid API usage, large migrations, scraping, regulated decisions and ongoing monitoring. AI features require a separate scope. No promised time savings or revenue results.

Which tools can you connect?
Existing supported integrations, webhooks or APIs only. We agree the specific apps, plans and authentication method before ordering. New connectors and custom authentication are excluded.
What are the package limits?
Basic: 1 workflow, 2 apps, 3 steps, 10 fields. Standard: 1 workflow, 3 apps, 6 steps, 20 fields, 1 branch. Premium: 2 workflows, 4 distinct apps, 10 total steps, 30 fields, 2 total branches. Standard and Premium include duplicate handling and failure alerts.
What counts as a revision?
One consolidated adjustment to agreed field mapping or logic. Additional apps, new workflows or a changed objective need a new scope. Fixes to defects in the agreed work remain my responsibility.
Are AI, subscriptions and ongoing support included?
No. Packages cover deterministic workflows. AI features need a separately agreed scope. You pay subscriptions and API usage directly. Ongoing monitoring and maintenance are separate.
How do you test and activate the workflow?
Testing uses sample data and a safe destination: 2 cases for Basic, 3 for Standard and 5 for Premium. Live customer sends are not tests. External activation requires your signoff. You receive handoff notes and the source or editable workflow.
