I will developmental edit longevity, health, medical manuscript, for non fiction books
Over deze dienst
Your longevity, health, or medical manuscript deserves more than surface-level correctionsit needs structure readers can trust. I provide developmental editing for nonfiction books, helping turn complex health ideas into a clear, compelling reading experience.
You may have strong research and valuable expertise, yet repetition, weak chapter organization, unclear explanations, or uneven flow can leave readers confused. These problems often persist because authors are too close to their own work to see where the reader may struggle.
That is where I come in. I review your manuscript objectively, strengthening structure, logic, pacing, transitions, clarity, and reader engagement while protecting your voice and message.
I work with longevity, healthy aging, wellness, preventive health, nutrition, fitness, medical nonfiction, and self-help. You receive thoughtful editorial feedback, practical recommendations, and clear guidance on what to strengthen, move, expand, or remove.
Choose Wendy Susan for human, detail-focused developmental editing that respects your expertise and helps your manuscript feel credible, coherent, polished, and ready for its next stage.

Veelgestelde vragen
What does your developmental editing include?
I evaluate the big-picture elements of your manuscript, including structure, organization, chapter flow, pacing, transitions, repetition, clarity, consistency, and reader engagement.
Do you edit longevity and health books?
Yes. I work with longevity, healthy aging, wellness, preventive health, nutrition, fitness, medical nonfiction, self-help, and related nonfiction subjects.
Will you rewrite my entire manuscript?
No. Developmental editing focuses on identifying what needs improvement and explaining how and why. My recommendations are designed to strengthen your manuscript while preserving your individual voice.
Can you work on medical or health nonfiction?
Yes. I can provide developmental feedback on structure, clarity, organization, flow, and reader experience. My service does not replace professional medical, scientific, legal, or regulatory review.
Do you fact check medical or health claims?
Developmental editing is not a substitute for professional medical or scientific fact checking. If extensive source verification or claim checking is required, please contact me first so the scope can be discussed.
Will you preserve my expert voice?
Absolutely. My goal is to make your ideas easier to understand and follow without removing the expertise, personality, or purpose behind your manuscript.
Can you edit a complete book?
Yes. The Premium package covers up to 80,000 words. For longer manuscripts, please contact me for a custom offer.
Which package should I choose?
Send me your word count, manuscript type, and main concern. I can help you choose the package that best fits your project.
