Generic voice guidelines tell you to "be authentic" and "sound human". That's not a system. I engineer voice as a system your team can write with, built from your position, not from abstract principles.
How the work moves:

- Principles engineered. The rules every line follows
- System documented. Tone, vocabulary (use this / not that), contexts, examples
- Delivered as a plain-text guide, ready to share or paste into your tools

What exactly do I receive?
Complete voice system + lexicon framework (use this/not that), tone guidelines, specific examples + expanded strategic guidance at higher tiers. Format: a .txt engineering record, tree-structured w/ rationale. If you need a formatted version to share with stakeholders, ask at delivery (no cost.)
How is this different from other voice guidelines?
Systematic engineering, not creative exploration. I build your voice system from position and context using proven methodology. You get structured frameworks and clear rules, not vague guidance like "be authentic" or "sound friendly."
Do you write content for me?
No. I provide the system and framework your team uses to write consistently. You receive specific principles, vocabulary rules, and contextual examples that make content creation systematic and repeatable.
What do I need to provide?
What your business does, who it's for and what it stands for. Notes are fine. If you're already trading, add your positioning and a few samples of your existing copy.
Do you use AI?
I use AI (Claude) as an execution instrument inside a structured methodology I built. The methodology, judgement, scope decisions, and finalisation are mine. AI is not used to generate output the way off-the-shelf tools do. If AI use is a problem regardless of how it's used, do not order.
