LEGS BOOST PROGRAM is designed to be a supplement or a substitute for your current leg workouts, intended for individuals who want to gain maximum strength and hypertrophy.


A cycle of this program lasts for 9 weeks, and once completed, you can repeat it!


The program includes a training regimen based on percentages for the SQUAT and complementary movements based on RPE.

*You can do the leg workouts whenever it suits you, just make sure to leave 2 days in between leg sessions.
